pourd, Inc. is committed to making our website and software accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We want every winery and every member of their team to be able to use pourd with confidence, whatever tools they rely on.
Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities.
What we do
Accessibility is built into how we design and build, not bolted on. Our ongoing practices include:
- Semantic HTML and clear page structure with landmarks and headings.
- Full keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator.
- A “skip to content” link on every page.
- Color contrast that meets or exceeds AA thresholds for text.
- Descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Labeled form fields and clear, programmatic error messaging.
- Support for text resizing and responsive layouts.
We deliberately do not use accessibility overlay or widget products. Overlays do not provide reliable accessibility or legal protection, so we build accessibility directly into the product instead.
Ongoing effort
Accessibility is a continuous effort. As we add features and as standards evolve, we test, review, and improve. Some content or third-party components may not yet fully conform, and we treat any gap we find as a bug to fix.
Report a barrier
If you run into an accessibility barrier on pourd, please tell us. Email connect@bronsonmade.com with a description of the problem, the page or feature involved, and the assistive technology or browser you were using. We will work to respond promptly and resolve the issue.
Formal complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may share further feedback at the same address. We review every report and use it to make pourd more accessible for everyone.
