You can ask pourd to delete your data at any time. This page explains how, including for a Facebook Page, Instagram business account or LinkedIn account connected to pourd’s marketing planner. For the full picture of what we collect, see our Privacy Policy.
Disconnect a social account
Disconnecting stops pourd from posting for you. Once publishing from pourd is switched on, you will be able to disconnect from the Marketing page in your organizer console, which also deletes the account’s access token from pourd. You can always remove pourd on the network itself, which makes the token stop working right away:
- Facebook: Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations. Find pourd and remove it.
- Instagram: Settings, then Website permissions, then Apps and websites. Find pourd and remove it.
- LinkedIn: Settings, then Data privacy, then Permitted services. Find pourd and remove it.
The networks rename these screens from time to time. If a name above doesn’t match, look for the section about apps or connected services.
Ask pourd to delete your data
Email hello@pourdhq.com with the subject “Delete my pourd data”, from the email address on your pourd account. Tell us whether you want us to delete only a connected social account or your whole pourd account.
For a connected social account, we delete:
- the access token and the account’s ID and name;
- the permissions you granted and when you connected;
- the post IDs the network sent back for posts pourd published.
If you also want the posts and photos you wrote in the planner deleted, say so in your email. For your whole pourd account, we delete your account and personal information, except anything we must keep by law or for an agreement you signed through pourd. If we keep anything, we will tell you what and why.
We will confirm by email once it’s done, within 30 days of your request. Deleting data in pourd does not delete posts already published on Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn. You can remove those on the network itself.
